In 2008, he stepped into the Education industry by buying over a small kindergarten in Kajang. His main goal is to provide an elite education in both academics and Islamic teachings which he sees was very much lacking in the current education system. Within a span of 10 years, Brainy Bunch became the preeminent part of the business, which grew exponentially to 103 preschool and 3 International School branches in Malaysia, 4 in Singapore, 2 in Indonesia, 1 in Brunei, Turkey and  Ghana, and a charity school in Gaza.  With a strong resolution to impact more people, Coach Fadzil who is a Certified Business Coach (America), ventured into the retail and F&B industry and opened Malakat Mall in 2020, Malaysia’s very first Muslim mall! 

Malakat Mall provides a business platform for all aspiring entrepreneurs to get together to market, promote and grow their businesses ranging from clothing, fashion stationery, books, furniture, DIY and sports as well as it’s very own Malakat Grocer.  Not limited to that, Malakat Mall also housed it’s own Pharmacy, F&B outlets, even a local College! With the astounding success of Malakat Grocer, Coach Fadzil duplicated its system and offered them to local entrepreneurs to manage it as a chain business to several parts of Malaysia. He targets for this chain business to expand to 1,000 outlets in 10 years. Another of his remarkable project is the ongoing self-sustaining Muslim village, in an area of ​​more than 20 acres in Bukit Tasik, Serendah, Selangor. The Muslim Village concept takes on a holistic approach which is based on the provision of energy-positive homes, self-produce high yield organic food production, water and waste recycling as well as the use of mixed renewaable energy and storage, while preserving the natural beauty of the landscape.
