🛩️ When a Paper Can Fly

Assalamu’alaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh.

Dear Brainy Bunch Parents and Families,

Before my recent speech at our Year-End Concert, I started with a simple demonstration.

I took out a plain piece of paper and said,

“Imagine this paper is our child. If I throw it like this…”

It just dropped to the floor.

Then, I took out another piece folded neatly into a paper plane.

“But what if we plan properly, with the right structure, strategy, and formula to shape our child? They can turn into this, something that can fly.”

And I threw it toward the audience. It soared.

That simple act represented the core mission of Brainy Bunch.

Every child is born with potential. But without the right guidance and structure, that potential falls flat.

Our role as parents and educators is to fold that paper properly. To shape it with intention, values, and knowledge.

That’s how we help our children truly fly in this world and the next.

🌙 True Happiness as a Parent

Every parent dreams of seeing their child succeed. But what is true happiness as a parent?

True success is not about grades, medals, or wealth. At Brainy Bunch, we believe it’s when our children achieve success in both worlds, in dunia and akhirah.

It’s about attaining the Redha of Allah, being able to practice the Deen completely, and one day, entering Jannah without Hisab. It’s when our children pray for us every day, obey Allah and His Messenger ﷺ, and help others become the best for Allah.

That is the happiness that lasts beyond this world.

🎓 Brainy Bunch Is Not Just a School. It’s a MISSION

Brainy Bunch was never meant to be just a school.

It’s a mission to raise a generation of Muslims who are strong in iman, disciplined in character, and confident in their identity. Every teacher, every aunty, and every parent plays a part in this mission. Together, we are shaping future leaders of the Ummah.

🏆 But How Do We Achieve These Goals?

To achieve our mission, we developed the 5 Brainy Excellence Goals; a complete framework that balances iman, academics, fitness, and emotional strength.

- Iman Excellence – To obey Allah and follow Rasulullah ﷺ.

- Academic Excellence – To master reading, writing, and thinking skills.

- Fitness Excellence – To build healthy, active, and disciplined bodies.

- Life Skills Excellence – To be independent, responsible, and confident.

- Emotional Excellence – To manage feelings, show empathy, and lead others.

When these five excellences are cultivated, a child becomes truly balanced, ready to serve Allah and succeed in life.

📈 Our Progress This Year

Alhamdulillah, the results for our 6 years old are inspiring:

- 91% of students solat independently.

- 96% can solve simple math equations including addition, substraction, multiplication & division.

- 84% can read and write confidently.

- 52% have entered the Quran.

Each number represents the effort of our aunties and uncles to ensure we able to achieve the goals and KPI that we have set from the beginning.

🕌 Our Daily Success Routine

Consistency builds character. Every day, our students follow a routine designed to build excellence:

- 3 daily solats in school,

- Brainy Muqaddam reading,

- Daily du’a for parents, dzikir, and selawat,

- Brainy Tabata & exercises,

- and “I Am” statements to affirm positive values.

These routines may look simple, but they form the foundation of lifelong discipline and faith.

💪 Our Very Own KUMON Program, Introducing Brainy SMART

Starting from July this year we introduced a new program called Brainy SMART. Our students also take part in meaningful activities —

Brainy MASTER, Nature Table, Show & Tell, and Silat Training — all designed to strengthen confidence, communication, and teamwork.

In our Montessori classrooms, every material is carefully structured to promote independence, focus, and order.

Here, children don’t just learn — they discover.

🧠 The Brainy SMART Program

One of our proudest milestones this year is the launch of our Brainy SMART Program — our own version of KUMON.

Children complete up to 300 worksheets a month, focusing on accuracy, speed, and mastery.

It’s built around the 5 SMART pillars: Spelling, Maths, Alphabets, Reading, and Thinking.

The result: stronger academic foundations and sharper minds — achieved through discipline and joyful learning.

🤝 Parents, We Need You

Dear parents, we can only achieve this mission with your continued support.

That’s why we launched the Brainy Bunch Parents Club (BBPC) — a platform for parents to connect, learn, and grow together in iman and parenting.

Together, we can support one another and work hand-in-hand to raise children who are successful in both worlds.

And yes you can also refer your friends and family to join the Brainy Bunch family. You’ll receive RM50 for every new student registered, but more importantly, you’ll help expand this community of faith and excellence.
