From My Desk: Why We Appointed Campus CEOs

ree

This moment marks a significant turning point for Brainy Bunch. A decision rooted in our long-term vision has now become a reality: the official transition of our Campus Managers into Campus CEOs.

For many, this may seem like just a title upgrade. But for me, it represents something much deeper: trust, autonomy, and leadership rooted in purpose.

I’ve always believed that those who are closest to the students, the teachers, and the parents are the ones best positioned to lead. They know the pulse of the campus, they understand the real challenges, and they carry the aspirations of the families we serve.

So we gathered all our Campus Managers for a two-day workshop. It wasn’t just a training. It was a reset.

On the first day, I had the honour of sharing our Vision 2026 with them. I reminded them that we’re not building a typical preschool network. We’re building an ummah. And to do that, we need leaders who are empowered, proactive, and spiritually grounded.

I watched as they stood one by one to receive their appointment letters, pledging to carry the amanah as Campus CEOs. It was emotional for me. Because I know the weight of leadership. And I know what it means to be trusted.

Throughout the workshop, we covered everything from the parent consultation process to lead tracking and objection handling. We talked about managing time, planning proactively, and seeing the campus as a living ecosystem. One they are now responsible for growing.

We didn’t forget the spiritual side. The second day began with Yassin and tazkirah. Because at the end of the day, leadership at Brainy Bunch isn’t just about performance. It’s about intention. It’s about bringing barakah into our work and remembering that we are all accountable to Allah.

This shift from Campus Manager to Campus CEO is part of our long-term vision. I want every leader in our network to feel ownership. Not just of the day-to-day, but of the mission. When leadership is trusted and empowered, amazing things happen.

And I trust them.

To all our newly appointed Campus CEOs. I’m proud of you. Lead with ihsan. Serve with love. And build something that lasts beyond us all.

Be Brainy for Success in Both Worlds
